Accommodation, booking and payments

The Organizer will provide accommodation in accordance with official arriving - departure dates:

Men – 1st March – 5th March
Women – 6th March – 10th March

Teams will be accommodated in Strazhite hotel and/ or similar properties in Bansko town. Depending on the accommodation the approximate distance from hotels up to bottom station of the gondola lift is from 300 m. up to 2300 m.

Accommodation price of 90 CHF per person per night will be applied for all team members – athletes, coaches and teams officials. This price includes:

• accommodation on full board basis
• ski passes
• tourist taxes
• shuttle bus service up to bottom station of the gondola lift.

Allocation of single rooms will be in accordance with art. 10.3 Rules for Alpine WJC.

Payments

Payment of the costs of transfers Sofia-Bansko-Sofia and accommodation will be settled on the day before the departure, at latest after the last teams captain meeting, for the respective gender race.
